Health and Safety

Following the directive from the Ontario government, we are pleased to announce that Casino Woodbine has moved to 100% capacity as of February 17, 2022. The property will eliminate additional restrictions as follows:

 Tuesday, March 1, 2022 

  • Removal of proof of vaccination status required for guests and team members.
  • Removing of barriers throughout our gaming floor.
  • Removal of Active Screening requirements for guests, passive screening will remain.
  • Removal of Active Screening requirements for team members, passive screening will remain.

Monday, March 21, 2022

  • Face coverings are no longer mandatory for entry, and may be worn based on personal preference. 

The health, safety, and well-being of our guests and employees are our top priority. We have worked diligently to ensure we’re prepared to safely return to operations. This means we have collaborated with our gaming regulators and provincial health officials to develop a comprehensive health and safety plan for all of our sites so that you have peace of mind when playing at our properties.

We are officially reopening January 31, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. Slot machines and Table games will operate 24/7.

Limited food and beverage amenities will be available. Guests are allowed to safely consume food and beverage on the gaming floor. 

No, registration is not required. Entry will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes, table games are available at this location. Each table game position is sanitized after a guest leaves the table. Visit our gaming page for a list of all Table Games available during reopening.

Limited parking is available at Woodbine Racetrack. Please follow the onsite signage and visit our website and social media to see areas that are available for parking.
No, we do not accept Tito tickets from another gaming site.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, all shuttle bus options that were once available Casino Woodbine have been suspended. We look forward to launching them in the future. 

Promotions & Offers

The One Rewards tier status that you had prior to our casinos closing remains intact. Loyalty points and existing free play balances on your account have not expired. All promotions and offers, including weekly free play coupons, gift offers and Food and Beverage offers, that were issued prior to closure are void. As we move into the various stages of reopening, new offers and promotions will be introduced. The expiration rules that normally apply to complimentary and free play balances have been temporarily suspended.
Unfortunately, promotions are not currently available. Future promotions will be based on a specific eligibility criterion over a time period and eligibility criteria for offers will not include the period the casino suspended operations. More details on promotional offers will be available on our website, on site and our social media platforms.

Effective January 5, 2022, all free play/gift coupons are considered paused. When our One Toronto Gaming sites reopen, your free play/gift coupons will become available again with new redemption dates in place.

Yes. Please bring your printed complimentary voucher to our Guest Services team before redeeming.

All One Toronto Gaming mailed, and emailed offers are based on a specific eligibility criterion over a period of time. After re-opening, the eligibility criteria for offers will not include the period the casino was closed.
